About these terms
spaceotter.ca is operated by Echo Web Design, a sole proprietorship based in Canada (“we” or “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Space Otter isn’t available yet
This site describes a product we’re still building. Features, plans and prices may change, and some may never be released. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and these terms don’t give you access to any product or service.
Where we operate
This site is directed at English-speaking markets. Space Otter isn’t currently offered in Quebec.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Don’t try to gain unauthorized access to it, disrupt it, submit false information through it, or use automated tools in a way that harms it.
Our content
The Space Otter name and logo, and the content of this site, belong to Echo Web Design or its licensors. You may view and share this site for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy or reuse its content otherwise without our permission.
Other companies’ names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them doesn’t mean those companies endorse us.
What you send us
Please don’t send confidential information through our contact form. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
Other websites
This site may link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
This site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that province, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use this site means you accept the updated terms.
