What counts as a seat?
Each person on a Pro plan or team. The number of agents they run doesn’t change the price.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Free is a free plan for one person, with usage limits.
What happens when I reach the free limits?
Your agents can still find everything you’ve saved. New facts pause until next month, or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Can I use Pro on my own?
Yes. Pro removes the free limits for one person, and lets you create a team whenever you’re ready.
Do my teammates each need to buy Pro?
No. Teams are part of Pro, and whoever creates the team pays for every seat on one bill. Teammates just accept the invite.
Which tools does it work with?
Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT and other tools that support MCP. Approving in chat depends on the tool.
Do you store our documents?
No. Space Otter holds facts and links to where they came from. Your documents stay where they are.
Can I pay annually?
Although we don’t currently offer a yearly plan, we may offer annual billing in the future. The Pro plan is billed monthly.
